Lead, Follow, or Get Out of the Way: Trump’s Way or the Highway

‘We the People of the United States’ are awarded the privilege every four years of electing our President to lead our nation until the next election as provided in our Constitution.  While even surviving a devastating Civil War, America’s two-party political system has traditionally allowed our nation to progress successfully since George Washington became our first president.  The second election of Donald Trump into that office is the first time in over two hundred years that an opposing political party has created a universal resistance to every proposal made by an incoming presidential administration.

Today’s Democrat/Progressive Party lost its mandate to lead following the ineffective Biden Administration in 2024.  Following their loss, the Party leaders have universally chosen not to follow even minimal support for largely popular Trump policies.   Even though Iran was at its weakest point ever when Irael and the U.S. entered this current campaign pledging that Iran would never have nuclear weapons, the Party is now in its total opposition to an inevitable conflict with a radical Islamic Iranian regime dedicated to ‘Death to America’.

Throughout our history, the two main political parties have come together supporting each other when the U.S. was in military conflicts.  Two situations have coincided to cause this situation to be different.

First, the old Democrat Party that existed since World War II has become dominated by Obama-era Progressives who are dedicating to fundamentally transforming the U.S., as defined by its Founders in its Declaration of Independence and Constitution.  With corporate media support, they would remake our nation into a socialist/Marxist authoritarian dictatorship managed by an elite aristocracy groomed in our finest universities.

The Biden-era progressives opened the U.S. border to a diverse group of illegal immigrants to enlarge their voting base of poorly educated workers, unfamiliar with American language and culture, and who would require being subsidized through government welfare systems.  The large number of Muslims voters in the U.S. has beholden a majority of the Party’s members to be anti-Semitic.  Jews, once a mainstay of the Democrat Party, are persona non grata.  Israel is a pariah!

The criminals among them would create chaos within local communities supported by local ‘sanctuary’ networks and Soros supported non-prosecuting District Attorneys.  Existing young citizenry would be introduced to destructive mind-numbing drugs and divided into opposing groups – victims against their white supremacist neighbors, blacks against browns, and LGBTQ+ activists against everyone.

The Welfare/Administrative costs to the federal government to support this transformation of America has already been pushed to over $38 trillion, which amount will be mitigated with future high taxes intended to greatly reduce today’s strong middle class to create the class-less Marxist utopian society – a broad guaranteed annual wage lower class majority supporting the elite governmental/industrial complex ruling class.

Second, the full implementation of this Progressive Utopia was interrupted in 2016 when Hilliary Clinton failed to extend the Obama transformation into a full sixteen years of power by losing her presidential election bid to political outsider, Donald Trump.  Running as a Republican.  Trump became a successful real estate billionaire in the rough winning battles with morally challenged New York unions and corrupt career politicians.

Trump brought these traits into conflict against the progressives and the Republican ‘Never-Trumpers’ who opposed him and who failed to understand the revolutionary nature of the progressive’s threat to America.  Trump failed to play by the Queensberry Rules practiced by the gentlemanly Republicans like the two Bushes and Mitt Romeny, who the progressives felt like they could dominate.  With a large bank account to defend himself, Trump was able fend off eight years of Progressive assaults on his character and potential criminal incarceration.  Trump won a second term in 2024 against the Biden/Harris tag team.

As a result, Trump and his new team of dedicated young Republicans that he assembled in his second administration present an existential threat to the Progressive’s transformational dreams for the United States.  Therefore, the ends justify the means to defeat Trump, even if it damages America!

If there are moderate Democrats with any remaining pulsation of founding Americanism still left flowing through their bodies, now is the time for them to be heard from.  They should demand that these new-wave Progressive/Democrats ‘Get out of the Way’ and cease their universal Trump resistance until the Democrat Party can earn back its right to rejoin the leadership in the responsible two-party system that has made the United States the envy of the planet for the past 250 years.
